Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ICE INFOTECH, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel a service within 24 hours of placing the order provided work has not started.
  • If we have already begun work (communication, development, or delivery), cancellation will not be accepted unless agreed in writing.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timeline

  • If you cancel within 24 hours and work has not started, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For subscription or recurring payments, refunds (if applicable) will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
  • Once the service is delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be provided.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • If your payment fails but the amount is debited, the amount will be refunded by the bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days (sometimes banks may take longer).
  • For duplicate payments, contact us immediately and we will initiate refund after verification.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds for completed, delivered, or accepted work.
  • No refunds for disputes caused by providing incorrect/incomplete information by the client.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disagreements, please contact our support first. We will try to resolve within 14 days. If unresolved, disputes will be governed under the laws of India.
